We are the Arkansas Distributor for the Aqua-Safe Aerobic Wastewater Treatment Plants, the finest in wastewater renovation and disposal equipment. Aerobic Wastewater Solutions, offers a complete line of Aqua Safe Treatment Units. Aqua-Safe was approved for use in the State of Arkansas as of June 19, 2002.   Aqua-Safe was tested according to the requirments listed in A.N.S.I./N.S.F. Standard 40 and is listed by NSF as meeting or exceeding Class 1 effluent requirments. The Results conducted by Baylor University’s Department of Enviromental Studies in accordance with A.N.S.I./N.S.F. Standard 40 requirments showed the Aqua-Safe wastewater treatment plant to have a 30-day effluent average of:

2.37       mg/l.       CBOD5

                                 2.11       mg/l.       TSS

  The Aqua-Safe Treatment Unit meets or exceeds the standards set forth by ADEQ (Arkansas Department of Enviromental Quality) permit ARG55 in July of 2009. The Aqua-Safe unit has been approved by ADEQ for residential surface discharging systems. These systems are equiped with post aeration, and also U.V. light. This means the home owner does not have to maintain a toxic chlorine tablet feeder.

   The Aqua-Safe Units are the strongest fiberglass tanks we have seen in the industry. The tanks have a full 5-year warranty. Aqua-Safe offers a limited 5-year pro-rated warranty for the AS500, AS600, AS750 air pump provided the unit is under an approved maintenance contract for the full five years. These units have no moving parts or heavy filters inside the tank, which means low equipment maintenance to the system. Aqua Safe EZ systems have the compressor mounted on top of the system under a protective housing increasing the life of the compressor. The control panels are mounted either on or underneath the housing depending on the system application. Remote mounted compressor and control panel options are available on request.

We maintain the system to insure the compliance of the Aqua-Safe units to the standards of the Arkansas Department of Health and Arkansas Department of Enviromental Quality.
